The Barceló Foundation, in collaboration with ISDI, a digital native business school, announces the result of the first call for the Digital Excellence Scholarship City of Felanitx, in favor of digital entrepreneurship in strategic sectors that enhance the economic development of Mallorca, and the city of Felanitx itself.

María Renart Vivó, resident in Mallorca for more than 20 years, has been the selected candidate to obtain the scholarship, thanks to which, she will be able to acquire the necessary knowledge to continue developing her career in a growing digital environment, and thus boost her professional career.

Renart holds a degree in Economics from the University of Valencia. She has a Master’s Degree in Tourism Management and Planning from the UIB and a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Social Responsibility. This training has allowed her to develop her career in the field of Management and Tourism. She currently works as a Manager at Essentially Mallorca, combining it with her teaching activity in the ESERP Master at ESERP Business & Law School, as well as giving lectures on topics related to tourism.

The scholarship consists of 100% financing of the Online Master Internet Business (OMIB) program of the renowned business school in its current edition, which began in April.

The agreement and the scholarship aim to bring training and support digital talent, creating impact in the Foundation’s own field of action.
