The president of the Barceló Foundation, Francisca Barceló Vadell, visited Casa África last Tuesday, accompanied by the Director of Expansion of Barceló Hotels and Resorts, Pilar Parejo. Casa África’s director general, José Segura Clavell, received the president of this charitable foundation linked to this hotel company born in the Balearic Islands, but with great presence and roots in the Canary Islands.
At Casa África, Francisca Barceló and José Segura Clavell talked about the role of the Canary Islands as a strategic center from which to guide cooperation projects towards the African continent. In this regard, the director general put the network of contacts and the work of the institution at the disposal of the Foundation, to advance in the implementation and identification of new projects in African countries, especially those closest to our geographical environment.
