Faithful to its annual appointment, the Capella Mallorquina will offer next Saturday 28th May at 6 pm the concert tribute to the Mare de Déu in Felanitx. This traditional recital has been held at the initiative of the Barceló Foundation since 1999.

The program prepared by the Capella presents two distinct sections: the first, in which polyphonic pieces of popular music, sacred music and secular music can be heard. And a second, where you will hear great fragments of zarzuela.

Sopranos Camila Durán, Laura Melo and Marta Corporales will be featured as soloists, as well as tenors Gerónimo Seib and Mikel Estelrich.

The Majorcan Orchestra, whose assistant conductors are Marga Pons and José Martínez, will be conducted on this occasion by its principal conductor, maestro Josep M. Moreno, accompanied on piano by Alicia Moreno.

Admission to the concert will be free with a voluntary donation to benefit the solidarity activities of the Foundation.
